INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE TAPE AND PLASTIC AND REPLACE WITH FIXTURES THAT ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES EASILY CLEANABLE.
