MUST REPLACE/PROVIDE.----ALL NEEDED ITEMS STORED THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT MUST BE STORED ELEVATED, ORGANIZED AND AWAY FROM THE WALLS TO SWEEP, MOP AND MONITOR.
