INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR NON WORKING TOILETS IN SAID STALLS IN SAID WASHROOMS AND MAINTAIN.(NOTE: THERE ARE PROPERLY FUNCTIONING TOILETS IN SAID WASHROOMS.)
