INSTRUCTED TO STORE ALL FOOD ITEMS IN FOOD GRADE BAGS OR CONTAINERS. ALSO OBSERVED ALUMINUM FOIL BEING USED AS A LINER ON TOP OF GREASE TRAP IN THE FOOD PREP AREA BESIDE COOKING EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE FOIL SO THAT SURFACE IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
