INSTRUCTED TO NEVER ALLOW OUTSIDE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS TO OVERFLOW WITH GARBAGE AND ALWAYS MAINTAIN TIGHT FITTING LIDS AT ALL TIMES. THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER COMPANY ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE GARBAGE AND BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION OUTSIDE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS WERE MAINTAINED AND THE LIDS WERE TIGHT FITTING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(B).
