INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR LEAKING DRAIN PIPES OF WASH AND RINSE COMPARTMENTS OF THREE COMPARTMENT IN FIRST FLOOR DISHWASHING AREA AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED WATER LEAKING FROM REAR STAINLESS STEEL LEDGE TO THE RIGHT OF LOW TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE IN BASEMENT AND OBSERVED LEAKING WATER ON FLOOR UNDERNEATH AND TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT OF LOW TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE IN BAR. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR LEAKS IN SAID AREAS NEAR LOW TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINES IN BASEMENT AND BAR AND MAINTAIN.
