DISCUSSED WITH MANAGEMENT THE DIFFERENT METHODS OF DEFROSTING FOOD:- EITHER UNDER COLD RUNNING WATER OF INSIDE THE REFRIGERATION UNIT. PRODUCT WAS STILL FROZEN.TEMPERATURE OF FOOD ITEMS WERE ADEQUATE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
