Found no handwashing cleanser at the hand-washing sink in the prep area. Instructed to always have handwashing cleanser at all hand-washing sinks and to use it. Mod sent an employee to the store to pick up some hand soap. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

Found a fly strip hanging in the rear prep area. Intructed to remove and refrain from hanging fly strips in the food prep area. Maintain same.

Gloves used properly

Found food handlers putting on gloves without washing their hands. Instructed to wash hands before and after wearing gloves. Maintain same.

Found the storage racks inside the walk in cooler with rust. Instructed to remove rust or replace rack to maintain a rust-free, smooth and easily cleanable surface.

Found a large pot too big to be submersed in the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to provide a clean in place (cip) procedure for how all utensils too large to adequately be washed, rinsed and sanitized in the 3-compartment sink is properly cleaned. Maintain same.

Found the interior of the fryer with grease and charred materials. Instructed to clean and maintain fryer.

Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices

Found the mop sink in the rear with no back flow prevention device. Instructed to provide and maintain sink with a back flow prevention device.

All food employees have food handler training

Found food handler on site with no proof she met the food handler's requirements. Instructed to obtain and maintain a valid food handler's certificate.

Allergen training as required

Found the cfm on site has no allergen training certificate. Intructed to obtain and maintain a valid allergen training certificate.
